Good Sniff and Stimpies join Skegss at Torquay Hotel

Two of Exude’s artists join Skegss at Torquay on 2nd September.

Melbourne, Australia — Exude Group, Good Sniff and Stimpies today proudly announce a show at Torquay Hotel with surf-punk-rock band Skegss.

One of their last national gigs before the band tour in the United Kingdom, surf/punk-rock band Skegss’ infectious “loose-unit”-style music and general band demeanour, coupled with multiple hit songs, have popularised them in Australian youth culture. The three-piece band hold a special place with Good Sniff, a favourite of their late bandmate Louie Shearman, with Skegss paying a special tribute to Louie following his passing. Good Sniff have since shared the stage with Skegss, opening their show at the Sidney Myer Music Bowl as part of 2021’s Live at the Bowl series.

Good Sniff’s drummer and lead vocalist Lachie Brown and bandmate/bassist Elias Hodson-Galvan continue their focus on bringing their renewed sound out to the rest of the world, with their third release of 2022 ‘Have A Go’ and more to come. Their upcoming support slot with Skegss follows their recent headliner, as well as a hit support with CIVIC in Torquay earlier in the year.

Stimpies, made up of drummer and backing vocalist Ethan Robins, bassist Bec Wigg, lead guitar and lead vocalist Ned McKenna and guitarist Xavier Ambrosius, recently played to audiences across Geelong, Fitzroy and Frankston, selling out to an insane crowd at Yah Yah’s and Singing Bird Studio. The band are currently recording new songs to be released this year and the next, following the release of of Frankly Federal Slander, a landmark release flagging a momentuous shift in the band’s direction.
